Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel monthly. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Just send a quick email to support@easylauncher.de.
How does payment work?
Currently we handle it via request: fill out the form, we'll get back to you within 24h with a payment link (PayPal or Stripe). Once payment is confirmed, we activate your plan.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
Your client stays listed - it just falls back to Free status. The verified badge and homepage feature get removed, but you can upgrade again anytime.
Who can get the Verified badge?
Anyone who submits a working, clean client and subscribes to the Verified plan. We manually review every client - as long as your project is legitimate and doesn't include questionable stuff (cheats, stealers, etc.), you get the badge.
How many featured slots are on the homepage?
Currently we show up to 3 Spotlight clients rotating on the homepage. As long as we're under the limit, you get in immediately. If full: FIFO waitlist.
Do I get an invoice?
Of course - on every payment we automatically send you a proper invoice via email that you can use for your bookkeeping.
Can I switch between tiers?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime (we prorate), downgrade at the end of the billing period.
